Delhi Photowalk

Delhi is a melting pot of people from all over India and has much more to offer than it’s rich history. As with most cities, the people make the place and this is what this photowalk is focussed on.

Most visitors to India will pass through Delhi at least once and most usually try to get out as quickly as possible. Some stay a few days to see the impressive historical sights like The Red Fort and Jama Masjid without getting to know the city or it’s inhabitants.

Join this photo walk with a Delhi based photographer who can guide you around parts of the city that most people wouldn’t venture into on a short trip and help you to interact and get up close and personal with the locals.

Delhi is a vast city with an almost unending array of busy backstreets full of life. From Kathputil Colony – the street performer’s colony that inspired the Salman Rushdie Novel ‘Midnight’s Children’ to Majnu Ka Tilla – the Tibetan colony in the North of the city, you will get a chance to experience the melting pot that is Delhi, with a local guide and photographer who will not only help you to get to see and interact with people, but will also help you with your photography.

Participation fee:
